Planning a wedding involves hundreds of moving parts. At Akkari Menswear, we remove the complexity from the suiting entirely — providing a complete, end-to-end tailoring experience for the groom and his entire wedding party under one roof, with one master tailor and one uncompromising standard of quality.

All appointments are private and by booking only. From the groom's initial consultation through to the last groomsman's final fitting, every step of the process is managed personally by Edmond Akkari.

• Individual measurements for the groom and each groomsman — including posture assessment, shoulder type, armhole height, collar height and sleeve pitch
• Complete design consultation — lapels (notch, peak or shawl), gorge height, lining, buttons, buttonholes, vents and personalisation details
• Half-canvas or full-canvas construction on all garments
• Fitting sessions for every garment prior to delivery
• Complimentary adjustments to ensure a flawless final result
• Coordination guidance on shirts, ties, bowties and accessories to complete the look

Tuxedos & Formal Wedding Attire

For black-tie weddings, we specialise in custom tuxedos with shawl or peak lapels, grosgrain or satin facings and also dinner suits, beltless trousers with side adjusters and all the finishing details that define proper black-tie construction. Every tuxedo and formal suit in the wedding party is crafted to the same standard.

Construction of each bespoke, custom-made garment typically takes 3–5 weeks depending on fabric selection and complexity. For weddings and formal occasions we recommend booking your consultation at least 2 to 2.5 months before your function date — this allows time for construction, fittings and any final adjustments so everything is perfect on the day.
